4. Orders & Payments

  3. Payment must be completed before order confirmation (except Cash on Delivery where applicable).
  4. DoorSewa does not store card or wallet payment details.

If an order is canceled due to restaurant/store issues or delivery problems, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
  2. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers.
  3. If a customer is unreachable at the time of delivery, the order may be canceled without refund (depending on the situation).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Orders can only be canceled before preparation or dispatch.
  2. Once food or grocery items are prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  3. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method.

DoorSewa reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse or repeated abuse of the system.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  1. Provide false or misleading information
  2. Misuse the platform
  3. Engage in fraudulent activity
  4. Harass delivery partners, vendors, or staff
  5. Use DoorSewa for illegal activities

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Vendor & Partner Responsibility

Restaurants, shops, and sellers are responsible for:

  1. Product quality
  2. Food safety
  3. Accurate pricing
  4. Compliance with local laws

DoorSewa is not responsible for the quality or condition of items prepared by third-party vendors.

9. Limitation of Liability

DoorSewa shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect or incidental damages
  2. Losses caused by delays beyond our control
  3. Vendor-related quality issues
  4. Technical interruptions or system downtime

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on DoorSewa (logo, design, text, app interface) is the property of DoorSewa and may not be copied or used without permission.
